These folks were terrific. The owner, Chris, came out to see the property in River Ridge, LA to make suggestions. We have two large trees that were overgrowing the rooflines. He sent a very reasonable proposal, which I signed and returned. He came out with his crew at exactly the appointed date and time, gave them directions, and went off to his next job he had scheduled that day. His crew stayed at our house for two hours. They worked like crazy and did an amazing job of pruning, trimming, and hauling away. Both front and back yards look better than I've ever seen them. I would highly recommend calling Crescent City Tree in Kenner, LA for work in the New Orleans area.

The team worked all day to restore the property to its former glory. The workers were courteous and treated my property as if it were their own. I called the owner after the work and advised him of the excellent crew, work and that he could use me as a reference and I would make a special attempt to pass the recommendation in the area.

The owner,Chris Fabre personally came to the my home to review the job order with the Crew Suprrvisor prior to the start date. It was a 2 day job and each day prior to leaving for the day the job site was clean! Chris pricing seemed to be very reasonable. All equipment was nice and clean pulling up to the job site. Owner and all employees were very knowledgeable, polite and punctual. I highly recommend Crescent City Tree for any Tree services you may need.

Chris Fabre -Owner dropped off the quote quickly. He was the most reasonable out of 4 quotes. Mike oversees the job. He arrived at 7:30 day of the job. He discussed with Robert -Foreman, Jonathan actually cuts the trees and Bryson who cleans up. This company is the best. These guys never stopped even to have lunch. The weather was windy but they kept going strong. One Tree was over 50 ft the other 20 ft I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Crescent City Tree Services. Do not hesitate to hire Chris and his crew. Reasonable and proud to do an excellent job. Very concerned that customer is satisfied. Chris called for a follow-up. Not that easy to find such reliable, good customer service nowadays. It is great to see that it still exist.

They keep you informed and are very reasonable. Chris has awesome knowledge - he's will work to save a tree if he can - the other folks I called only wanted to remove the tree. I did, ultimately, have the tree removed from my backyard. When I got home the ground was level from where the tree was removed and, other than the tree no longer being there, you couldn't even tell. That is, no bark, leaves, limbs or anything. I have already recommended them to two other co workers. By the way, the online payment system makes it even easier.
